Usually, membership profiles are approved within two hours of them being posted on our website and this applies to our standard office opening times. If we have any queries, we will contact you using the contact details provided.

We offer support to assist customers to create their membership profiles – there may be a nominal charge to cover this.

For your image gallery on your profile, the best images to upload are of a minimum of 1800 x 800 pixels and no more than 250KB in file size.

Not at all! You can select multiple categories of business/services – all of which will display your business when searched for. 

If you need to update information, make sure you are logged into your account, then go to your profile and you will see a red ‘Edit’ button. You can make all your required changes from there.

Job Vacancies may be posted FREE on an unlimited basis (but reasonable usage applies).

Simply go our Business For Sale submission page and complete the short form giving details of the business. There is a £99 fee to advertise your business where your advert will run for 3 months.

All Businesses For Sale are advertised on our other marketing channels FREE to increase exposure.

In addition to our main business directory and visitor information website, we also run our very own Marketplace where consumers can buy and sell their unwanted items for FREE. 

We also offer business rates if any businesses would like to sell items.
